The Gift that is ADHD

S4 Ep16 of The #staymarried Podcast: The Gifting of ADHD with Casey and Meygan Caston

In this episode we tackle one of the odds that often gets stacked against couples… ADHD. Our friends Meygan and Casey Caston from Marriage365 open up a bit and share their learnings, struggles, and triumphs on living and working together with ADD.

Casey and Meygan Caston co-founded Marriage365 five years ago and are on a mission to provide resources for couples to help them connect on a deeper level. Pretty much everything had gone wrong on their way to happily ever after, in law issues, over 200K in debt, struggles with infertility, parenting a child with special needs, and zero communication skills. Pulling their marriage from the brink of divorce, they are helping other couples find hope, healing, and happiness in marriage. They reach over 3 million couples every week through their various social media channels and can be found @marriage365.

The number one way to build emotional intimacy is through asking open ended questions. The problem is finding a resource that can give couples great questions to ask to get to those heart-to-heart conversations. Casey and Meygan have released 3 different books for seriously dating and engaged couples, for married couples, and a third book that parents can use to get their kids talking. They have sold over 11,000 copies over the past 6 months and couples are loving the new found connection inside their relationship. Visit www.marriage365.org to pick up a copy.
